For selling garments:
1. Uniform items will only be acceptable for sale if:
• They are in good, clean condition and either dry cleaned or laundered
• They are currently listed as part of the official College uniform
2. The Uniform Swap Shop is staffed by volunteer mothers and is a very labour intensive service. The commission rate for Swap Shop is 50% of the second hand sale price. 50% of the sale price shall be forwarded to the seller by cheque. All profits earned by the Uniform Swap Shop are retained by the St Kevin’s College Mothers Association.
3. There are no exchanges or refunds on items purchased through the Uniform Swap Shop.
4. Each item must be clearly labelled. A label pinned with a safety pin to each item must contain
date, full name, address, post code and phone number of the person to whom money is payable, together with a description and size of the article. Swap Shop labels are available
here. Any item not labelled will be considered a donation.
5. Items donated for sale do not require individual labels but can simply be marked “Swap Shop Donation”.
6. Uniform items for sale can be left at St Kevin’s College Senior School Reception.
